Ashly joined the Nayar & McIntyre LLP team two years ago. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a legal assistant at a non-profit, Hope Services Center, and prior to that was a customer service representative for USCIS. In addition to overseeing the day to day management of the firm, Ashly assists the attorneys with a wide range of complex immigration cases, including deportation defense, family immigration petitions, consular processing, waivers of inadmissibility, and naturalization applications. Her passion for immigration law continues to grow as she works alongside families to help them remain united.
Karina graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government, with a minor in English, from the University of Texas at Austin. As an undergraduate student Karina was heavily involved in community and civic engagement. Her involvement in organizations like LULAC, Lambda Theta Alpha, and the Latino Leadership Council sparked her interest in immigration law. At Nayar & McIntyre, Karina assists on an array of cases including adjustment of status, deferred action, consular process, waivers, and fiancé visas. In the future, Karina plans to attend law school so that she can continue to advocate for the rights of immigrants and their families.
Mayra has nearly two years experience in immigration law. She joined Nayar & McIntyre in 2016 and helps clients with a range of immigration services, including family sponsored petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, deferred action, and waivers. Mayra has a personal interest in immigration law having watched many members of her own family attempt to navigate our complicated system. She is committed to providing compassionate and quality assistance to immigrants and their families.
Aida graduated from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism degree. Prior to joining Nayar & McIntyre, she has worked as a customer service representative for USCIS and also at two local radio stations. Her Mexican heritage has given her a passion for advocating for the rights of immigrants. She enjoys meeting people, hearing their stories, and learning about different cultures. She is passionate about helping people and providing them with the best service.
